At Safa Rooh Premium, we take pride in delivering authentic, high-quality Islamic products from Kashmir. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines when and how you can return products and receive refunds.

✅ We offer returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products, subject to the conditions below.

By placing an order on safarooh.shop, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.

📅 Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged during transit.

🗂️ Return Eligibility by Product Category

Different product categories have different return rules. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Perfumes & Attar (unopened) ✅ Yes Seal must be intact. Not opened or used.
Perfumes & Attar (opened) ❌ No Opened perfumes/attars cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Oud & Bakhoor (unopened) ✅ Yes Original packaging, unused, seal intact.
Ehram Sets ⚠️ Conditional Unwashed, unworn, original tags attached. Check size before use. Not returnable after use.
Jubba & Thobe ⚠️ Conditional Unwashed, unworn, original tags attached. Check sizing carefully before ordering.
Abaya ⚠️ Conditional Unworn, original packaging, tags intact. Not returnable after use.
Hijaab ❌ No Cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once removed from packaging.
Kurtas ⚠️ Conditional Unwashed, unworn, original tags. Size chart is provided — please check before ordering.
Tasbih & Gifts ✅ Yes Unused, original packaging, within 7 days.

👘 Special Rules for Clothing (Ehram, Jubba, Abaya, Kurta)

We take extra care in packing all clothing items. Please read the following rules carefully:

Before You Order

  • Always check the size chart provided on the product page before ordering. Size charts are listed in centimeters (cm).
  • If you are unsure about sizing, contact us before placing your order at +91 8825005764 — we will guide you.
  • Colors may appear slightly different on different screens. Minor color variation is not grounds for a return.

Conditions for Return

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed — no exceptions.
  • All original tags must be attached and intact.
  • Item must be in its original packaging.
  • Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

⚠️ Important: We are not responsible for damage caused by the customer themselves — including tears, stains, washing damage, alterations, or misuse. Such items will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Non-Returnable Clothing Situations

  • Item has been worn even once
  • Item has been washed or ironed
  • Tags have been removed
  • Item has been altered or stitched
  • Damage caused by customer mishandling
  • Request made after 7 days of delivery

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or is the wrong item, we will replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked.

  • Take a photo or video of the damaged/wrong item immediately upon opening
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aroohsafar@gmail.com or WhatsApp
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund within 5-7 business days

📸 Always photograph the package before opening if you notice external damage during delivery.

💰 Refund Process

For Online Payments (Razorpay)

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • You will receive an email confirmation when refund is initiated
  • Bank processing time may add an additional 2-3 business days

For Cash on Delivery Orders

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI)
  • You will need to provide your bank account details or UPI ID
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive the item

💡 Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

🚚 How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp with your Order Number
  • Step 2: Share photos of the item you wish to return
  • Step 3: We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
  • Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Step 5: Ship the item to our address (we will provide it upon confirmation)
  • Step 6: Once received and inspected, refund/replacement is processed within 5-7 days

⚠️ Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Opened perfumes, attars, or oud products
  • Hijaab (hygiene reasons)
  • Any item marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Used or washed clothing items
