Placing an Order

Pricing

• Free shipping applies on orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 are subject to a shipping fee.

💳 Payment

• We accept payments via Razorpay — including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
• We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes within India.
• All online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store payment card details.
• Payment must be completed before your order is processed (except COD).
• In case of a failed payment, your order will not be confirmed. Please retry or use an alternative payment method.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India. Delivery timelines are typically 3-7 business days depending on your location.
• Kashmir and remote areas may take up to 10 business days.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or courier delays — which are outside our control.
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund process is governed by our separate Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items
• Opened perfumes, used clothing, and certain hygiene items cannot be returned
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after item inspection
• We are not responsible for damage caused by customer misuse

🎁 Coupons & Promotions

• Coupon codes are valid for single use only unless stated otherwise.
• Coupons cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time.
• Misuse or fraudulent use of coupons will result in order cancellation.
